so i was craving chinese food tonight, i really wanted orange chicken (im now a vegetarian for a while) so i decided to try making an alternative to that. i made orange tofu and rice! and i swear it tastes just like it! lol i made a sauce out of 5 or 6 big table spoons of orange marmalade, enough soy sauce to make it dark brown, pine nuts, about 2 table spoons of honey, salt, pepper, olive oil (in the pan, covering the whole bottom), and very little southwest seasoning. i dipped each piece of tofu in the sauce and put them the pan and then poured the sauce over them all and let the sauce boil until i liked the color of the tofu (maybe like 6 or so minutes) it is sooooo yummy! very satisfying, and no feeling sick from the MSG in normal chinese food :)
