So today me and Alex went outside to practice our martial arts training. . .she wanted to try the 3 section bo staff, and it was quite interesting i must say LOL i asked her if she was sure, but she insisted. (dont worry we were super careful, well as careful as one can be) i figured it was something that should be posted though its entertaining. (and yes i asked her permission first, im not a monster) :p
